Refunds, Transfers and Cancellations
We know that things come up and plans change. We've kept that in mind when creating a cancellation and refund policy-- one that is also fair to our instructors and the other students who may be registered in our studio.
Classes & Workshops:
We gladly maintain credit for classes you have paid for but are unable to attend. We are unable to offer refunds except in rare, case-by-case instances.
If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the start of the event, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued. However, if your seat is able to be filled before the start of the event (no matter when your cancellation was made), we can offer you credit at that time for a future class.
Retail:
Sales on retail items are final and we do not accept returns on items purchased in our shop.
NO-SHOWS:
All registrants, regardless of age, who are no-shows for a registered class will be assessed a $25 fee.
LATE CANCELLATIONS:
Adult registrants who call or email to cancel or reschedule their class within 24 hours of their original class time will be assessed a $25 fee.
Child registrants up to age 17 whose parents or themselves call or email to cancel or reschedule their class within 24 hours of their original class time will be assessed a $15 fee.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to class will be rescheduled for the next available class and might possibly incur a $25 rescheduling fee. This is decided on a case-by-case basis.
RESCHEDULING and TRANSFERS:
You will not be charged for a class/appointment that we reschedule due to low numbers or scheduling conflicts on our part.
If you need to transfer to another class, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late cancellation fee.
